  Specialised companies are founded to exert the different property activities :

  • Private House Construction
  • Estate Agents and Property Managers

This is how Crédit Immobilier de France Pays de la Loire was founded, with all of the Crédit Immobilier companies of the Pays de la Loire region, to assure the distribution and management of the finance activity whose head office is at Nantes.

As regards the property activities, Groupe CIPA-CIV possesses four companies:

• Pierre de France : Property Promotion
• Maisons d'En France : Home Builders
• Immo de France Vendée : Estate Agents, Property Managers, Co-owner Property Managers, at La Roche sur Yon
• Immo de France Anjou : Estate Agents, Property Managers, Co-owner Property Managers, at Angers

The desire to bring together means and experience with conserving the local identity, was the thinking behind the merger of the two companies Crédit Immobilier CIPA and CIV when on the 16th July 2003 they decided to form Groupe CIPA-CIV.
