The new PTZ The Government has just revealed, in the framework of the 2005 Finance Law, the new plan seriously considered as replacing the PTZ created in 1995 :
Open to old property (without restoration)
Raise in loan limits
Improvement of repayment conditions in relation to resources
Improvement of resource limits for families in relation to environment and household composition
Lastly, continuing the PTZ for 2005 in the form of an refundable advance and not a Tax credit
