Latest developments CIPA-CIV

The new PTZ
The Government has just revealed, in the framework of the 2005 Finance Law, the new plan seriously considered as replacing the PTZ created in 1995 :

  •  Open to old property (without restoration)
  •  Raise in loan limits
  •  Improvement of repayment conditions in relation to resources
  •  Improvement of resource limits for families in relation to environment and household composition
  •  Lastly, continuing the PTZ for 2005 in the form of an refundable advance and not a Tax credit
